So today we managed to lock ourselves out, but with a huge thanks to Dave he was at our house in 15 minutes and got us back in. Thanks a million! Lesson learn't, get a spare key cut or don't forget your keys
Absolutely awesome service. We just moved to Andover on Friday and had an emergency situation on Saturday evening. Our key locked / opened the door from the inside but didn't work at all form the outside, which meant we could get in. Called him up just before 5pm and he was at our address within 10mins. Unfortunately he didn't managed to open our front or back door either. Genuine trandsman because he told us we had 2 options. Either drilling our front door through which would of been cost us at least 800-1000 pounds or break the small window to get in, which is roughly 80-100. We opted for the second option. He also had dog treats in his pocket so paid our dogs off, and they loved him. Tested our other sets of keys and binned the broken ones. At the end he didn't charges us a penny. We are forever grateful for him and will call again if we need a reliable locksmith
