Innovative Tactile Paving Systems
Established by Andrew Connor, a seasoned professional with over 35 years in the civils and groundwork industry, our company pioneered the TAC-GRID Tactile System. This innovative solution, developed over a decade and finalised in 2015, addresses trip hazards and enhances accessibility for all pedestrians. Our commitment to safety, sustainability, and minimal disruption is reflected in our use of MMA resin technology and recycled materials. We collaborate closely with local authorities to deliver compliant, durable solutions, supported by comprehensive training and certifications.

Our teams expertise, health and safety qualifications, and membership of LCRIG underscore our dedication to excellence. Recognised for innovation, we received funding from the Steve Berry Innovation Fund to develop our Highways Dashboard, a beacon management system now utilised by Coventry City Council. With nationwide coverage across the UK and Ireland, we prioritise client satisfaction, timely delivery, and adherence to rigorous quality assurance standards.

Services
Tactile Paving
Our TAC-GRID Tactile System ensures safe, accessible crossings for all pedestrians. Designed with embedded beacon technology, it connects to the Highways Dashboard for real-time control. The system reduces CO2 emissions by 93.6% compared to traditional methods and requires minimal maintenance.
Highways Dashboard
This innovative system allows local authorities to manage embedded beacons via Live Beacon technology. Features include analytics, wayfinder creation, and real-time updates on crossing status. It enhances navigation for visually impaired users through a free app.
Demarcation
We apply MMA cold resin systems in various colours for designated areas like bus lanes and cycle paths. SafeTrack SC provides a slip-resistant, UV-stable surface that meets legal standards and ensures long-term durability.
Crack Infill
Our SafeTrack Overbanding system seals cracks up to 5mm wide using MMA resin. It retains skid resistance, avoids reflective finishes, and complies with NRSWA regulations. Cold application eliminates hot trades for safer repairs.
MMA Resin Systems
Advanced MMA technology delivers fast-curing, UV-stable coatings for highways. Applications include demarcation, crack sealing, and tactile paving. The cold-applied method reduces environmental impact and ensures durability under heavy traffic.
