After a lot of research we decided to book Pavecraft to block pave and redo our fencing on our front drive. I can't praise this company enough. Jimmy and his boys are fantastic and very professional. Pavecraft absolutely knocked it out of the park with our Hertfordshire garden and driveway makeover! I'm actually a repeat customer - they did our driveway before the pandemic hit, and it's still looking solid. So when it came to tackling our neglected garden, I gave them a call and they came over within a week.
Jimmy, the main man at Pavecraft, sat down with us back in January. He really listened to our ideas (even our not so good ones) and helped shape them into something doable. By late February, his crew was in full swing, and they wrapped it all up in about three weeks. What I loved most was how smooth it all felt. No drama, no fuss.
The lads on site were proper grafters. Each one seemed to have their own specialty, and Jimmy had them rotating in and out like a well-oiled machine. None of that stereotypical builder nonsense - no endless tea breaks or moaning. Instead, they'd check in if they needed to clarify anything and Jimmy would pop by daily to keep everything on track.
We did change our minds about a few things mid-project. Pavecraft was really flexible, but they were straight up about any cost implications and what you can and cannot get away with. They even talked us out of a few ideas that wouldn't have worked well in the long run. Honest advice, which I really appreciated.
There was a bit of mess during the work - can't avoid that. But the team was on it, clearing up quickly before passers-by started tutting – they probably did but whatever! They know their stuff, they work hard, and they genuinely seem to care about getting it right. We're chuffed to bits with how it all turned out, and I wouldn't hesitate to have them back for any future projects. Cheers, Pavecraft!

Wow Jimmy, Myles and his team really turned it around for us. The job was started by a rogue tradesman who left our driveway dug out for many months. Jimmy and his team did an outstanding job and laid our driveway beautifully. We are really happy with it and we highly recommend Pavecraft. Their team were also very hardworking. I wish we used them from the start.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new porcelain patio completed by Pave Craft. The grey border really sets it off and gives it a clean, modern finish, and the turfing around it ties everything together perfectly. The workmanship is excellent and the attention to detail throughout was spot on. “I had a brand new driveway laid today by Pavecraft Driveways & Patios in Watford and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was absolutely first class – professional, reliable and extremely polite throughout.
The team worked incredibly hard to scrape off all the old gravel and prepare the ground properly before laying a strong Tarmac base. They then applied a 20mm base course followed by a 10mm SMA road stone finish, leaving me with a stunning driveway that is smooth, durable and built to last.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail and pride they put into the job. Everything was carried out neatly, efficiently, and they took the time to explain each stage of the process. They left the site clean and tidy and were a real pleasure to deal with.
I will definitely be using Pavecraft again in the future for any paving, driveway or patio work, and I’ve already recommended them to friends and family. Pavecraft did myneighbours driveway few years ago in Rickmansworth.
The work was completed to a very high standard.
I now required my drive resurfacing so I contacted Pavecraft, they came out quickly gave me a very competitivel quote and completed the works shortly afterwards.
Very happy with the result and would recommend 100%.

Jim and the team did a lovely resin driveway for me and I am very happy with the results. The team worked well and tidied up every day before they left. Jim came round on more than one occasion to check that I was happy with the work. All in all a smooth process, the hardest pat was deciding on the colour to go for. Thank you and no more weeds !!!!

Pavecraft did a driveway for my parents about 10 years ago and it has certainly stood the test of time. They got them into redo their patio in September and again a really good job. I decided to give them a go.
Really pleased with the result. Jimmy suggested a different design from what I was thinking and had planned to do. The idea actually suited the space more and although it was more money than I initially planned for it made a lot of sense.
The team came in and worked really hard to get the job done. The site was always left tidy at the end of the day which was appreciated. Really happy with the result. Looking forward to the summer to get the most out of the space!

I would like to say a big thank you to Jimmy and his team at pavecraft. Pavecraft have done a number of jobs on our street and i requested the team to come round and price up my garden.
The response was prompt and Jimmy gave a more than fair price for the work i requested. Jimmy and his team arrived on the day and were great whilst working. Communication throughout the job was easy and responses were always prompt.

I would like to highly recommend Pavecraft Driveways & Patios. Jimmy arranged to swiftly see us to look at the work required on the same day we contacted him, even though it was at the weekend. The work was meticulously and efficiently done. We wanted a slight modification to the work and this was taken on board without any hassle or increased price. The price was competitive. His work colleagues were very courteous and professional. One of them even helped us with a home delivery we were struggling with! These guys are absolutely hard working, organised, and brilliant at what they do.

I would highly recommend Jimmy and his team for your driveway. His team got to work quickly on day one and pulled out the existing driveway quickly to lay the new foundation, Jimmy was forthcoming with ideas and worked with us to get the finish we were after. I don't normaly recomend services or companies as my experiences will not be the same as others, however PaveCraft have created an amazing drive and totaly transformed the front garden and drive of my property.
Jimmy and his team worked tirelessly, completing the transformation in less than five days. The only down side is that I didn't take a before picture of a very tired and scruffy front garden.

Work started 2 days after quote, excellent communication, end product exceeded expectations, took three days, the team was friendly, polite and efficient. At the end of the day the site was always left clean and tidy. Jimmy came highly recommended to us and we would highly recommend him too.

Very impressed by Jimmy and his team. I have had some bad experiences in the past, but I need not have worried with Pavecraft. Jimmy delivered everything that he said he would and the standard of work was exceptional.
