It is helpful if you can tell us who fitted the system, when it was fitted and what model type it is. The model type is usually shown on the front of the handbook or can be found on the keypad / control panel. Very often it is a set of letters and / or numbers, but don't worry if you cannot find out the type - we will still be happy to help.
