If I'd wanted a really bad job doing, I couldn't have chosen a better company. Moving and unstable slabs from the beginning and getting them back to look at it was a nightmare. Eventually they did come back, to put it 'right', but it was an equally bad result and two slabs were badly chipped in the process. As I don't qualify for Trading Standards to help, my only option would be to go through Small Claims and I don't have the time or energy for that. So they've got away with it.
