Our commercial gutter clearance provides an essential service to businesses, industries and estates who own large or commercial buildings which need ongoing maintenance. We specialise in reaching high and inaccessible gutters for inspection and cleaning. Most of the time we can access and clear gutters from ground level using our SkyVac vacuum system. If your gutters can be cleared this way, it is the most cost-effective and non-intrusive solution. Decking is becoming a popular alternative to paving to extend dining space and to also provide an attractive garden feature to many homes throughout Devon. When first laid, it can look great, but before too long surface growth thrives causing the decking to become slippery and dangerous in damp and wet weather. Jonny clean & treated my garden decking & fencing to a very high standard, he also replaced some wood that was worse for wear. If your patio is beyond repair or you need a quick, cost effective solution a 'clean only' option might be the right choice. We can provide a seal only service which ensures a thorough saturation of the correct sealant for your surface type. Depending on how new your patio is we may need to provide a light clean in advance of sealing to ensure best absorption of the product. Whilst we're with you, we can also clean your PVC surround, conservatory or garden wall. SAFETY - the type / size of building determines our choice of safe access which can incorporate roof ladders and a variety of powered access options. We are registered iPAF users. SURFACE TYPE - depending on the surface type (render, tin, wood, concrete) we select the most effective cleaning system which can incorporate: dry scrape, pressure clean, soft wash - chemical clean.

Soft Washing is an approved system of external cleaning that produces excellent results in a short space of time. We use a combination of pressure washing and soft washing but sometimes there is the need to use soft washing exclusively when the surface is particularly sensitive. Soft washing is an environmentally friendly and extremely effective alternative to power washing. It is the use of dilute biocidal chemicals applied with low pressure water to exterior surfaces such as render, stone, bricks, roofs, metal, concrete, wood, painted surfaces, glass and PVC.
