Report
I am really pleased with the service from KPN, they turned up 15 minutes early for the appointment that was scheduled for the day after I called I them. The process took about 15 minutes and although they I was advised it could take up to 48 hours for the wasps to completely disappear it took less than half that. I am now wasp free and can open my patio doors again!

Report
We rang at about 2pm on Bank Holiday Monday - and someone was there to answer the phone, which is impressive enough! They were round at 9 the next morning, and did what needed doing in a few minutes, with no fuss. Excellent service, thanks a lot.
