We went to a job recently and discovered that birds had used this property owners loft to roost in over the winter month Now is the time to get the access points sealed off before the Spring gets here and the birds start nesting again Once they do, we have to leave them to get on with it as all.
Here's some photos from some recent jobs I have attended Just look how determined rats can be to enter your property! Rats have, over time, eaten their way through brick work of this property! Some tell tale signs here too that there were mice in the loft - droppings and chewed pipe.
