Questions
How can I tell wasps from bees?
Wasps have smooth, hairless bodies with bright yellow and black stripes. Honey bees are smaller and fuzzy, while bumblebees are large and covered in fur.
Do you treat concealed wasp nests?
Yes, we use professional insecticidal dust and precision drilling for concealed nests in walls or attics. A second treatment may be required for complete eradication.
What areas do you cover?
We operate within a 12-mile radius of Reigate, covering locations from Dorking to Coulsdon and everywhere in between across Surrey and surrounding counties.
Can you remove old wasp nests?
Old nests can be safely removed during winter or early spring. While they contain no live wasps, we recommend removal to prevent scavenger infestations like carpet beetles.
What if the nest isn't on my property?
If we can't access the nest from your property, we'll charge a £50 callout fee. Providing a WhatsApp video helps us assess the situation before visiting.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, we prioritise same-day or evening appointments seven days a week. Contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp for urgent wasp nest problems.
