I had an issue with rats in my loft space. Just before Davids initial visit, I discovered the other home owners in my terrace also had rats. David found evidence of rats & explained the choices available to me. He then confirmed we had a shared problem. Next visit, he removed dead rats from my roof & from a neighbours roof. He re-primed the traps, added bait trays after discussing this with me first.
On his 3rd visit, David inspected all available drains in the gardens, but no sign of rats was apparent. David attended numerous times to inspect roof spaces & further (previously unavailable) drains. Although he was unable to give a definitive answer as to the source of the problem, he was able to advise 1 neighbour regarding apossibly disusedsewer drain that may have been tampered with by a previous neighbour. David was thoroughly professional throughout, he has excellent time keeping and patiently answered all questions asked. I have no trouble highly recommending Essex Pest Proof

I Have now used David at Essex Pest Proof twice (wasps and pigeons) and on both occasions he could not have been more helpful. Both issues, David came and assessed what needed doing, gave me a very reasonable quote and completed the work immediately (wasps) or within days (pigeons). I cannot recommend David and his team highly enough!

David is a Knowledgeable guy who certainly knows his stuff. Came to remove two wasps nests however there were a few and dormant. Also noticed an historic nest of which he cleaned up and took best remains away. Very clean, no mess and will definitely use in the future if needed.
