Conquer Environmental Services was established in 1976 (formerly Conquer Pest Control) making the company the oldest independent Pest Control business in the Midlands area. Originally the company was purely a pest control company which specialised in pest control management to a range of customer's predominantly within the agricultural and agricultural supply chain sector. In 2005 the company took a new direction when it was purchased from the original owners by Henry Mott. Henry began his career in the Pest management industry in 1993 working for a major national pest management company and held various positions within that organisation during a twelve-year period.
