Absolutely poor communication. Given a time slot of 1-3 pm for the engineer to call. Contacted Key Security at 258 pm as no one turned up. Treated to a man on the phone complaining about how he and the engineer had to share a van etc and he was stuck sorting key emergencies out. Asking whether he could contact the engineer, or did he have his number to see if he was going to come he couldn't call him. So at a push I asked should I assume he is or is not coming. Bluntly told HE IS NOT. Just great!
