Cook Plumbing and Heating are a third generation family business, we have been serving our customers in Fife for over 85 years. The day to day running of the firm is overseen by David Cook who himself has over 30 years in the industry.
We specialise in the servicing and maintaining of modern electronic boilers and have had one of our maintenance team operatives carry out extensive training over the last 15 years on the new range of high efficiency condensing boilers. We offer two types of cover to our customers. The first being work carried out on a time and materials basis. The second being our maintenance plans which include for all parts and Labour including an annual service. The basic plan is boiler and control cover only but this can be increased to include your full heating system and plumbing/gas fires/unvented cylinders if you require.
We offer a full range of plumbing services to our customers. This ranges from large jobs such as the supply and fitting of a full bathroom including all trades required to the smallest of jobs such as changing a tap washer. When we supply and fit a bathroom for you, we organise the installation from start to finish. If you wished to have a bathroom installed by us we would have David Cook from our company visit you to discuss designs and options and the different trades you require e.g. We then follow this by a visit to the William Wilson bathroom showroom in Kirkcaldy to view and specify your sanitary ware.
At Cooks we have been installing heating for over 85 years and have kept pace with the many changes within the industry to both products and installation design and techniques. We have achieved this with our affiliation to different organisations and by training our installation engineers on these new products, designs and techniques within Gas / Oil / LPG systems. Each new boiler we install is fitted meeting the manufacturer's requirements allowing us to offer you up to a 10 year warranty. If we are installing you a new boiler a Powerflush is carried out as part of the installation thus aiding the efficiency and reliability of your new boiler.
