A balcony for several residents in Wandsworth kept flooding during heavy rainfall, we pressure jetted clear several drain points and continued jetting through 2 floors vertically to complete the clearance, CCTV was then used to confirm there were no blockages further down the line.
An small, occasional damp patch keeps appearing on the ceiling of a flat, using different methods we ended up cutting away a section of ceiling and found the leak to be from a split pipe between concrete slabs. Communal Stack not responsible so demise to a property.
All may not appear how our eyes see it, using our thermal imaging we are able to track areas which although seem ok are presenting with water damage, a useful tool to help us quickly trace leak areas. This was traced back to the wettest point which turned out to be a roof leak.
Trying to locate the source of a leak sometimes requires innovation. luckily we have several coloured dyes to test pipework to source the leaking facility.
