Had a leaking radiator in the bathroom that was causing massive issues. Had a couple of plumbers look at it,but wouldn't touch it. This company came recommended by a neighbour who had similar issue. From start to finish,they were totally professional,punctual and did a brilliant job. Got my heating and hot water back on,also fitting a brand new radiator. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has plumbing or heating issues,and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Many thanks for getting me through the winter ahead !

I have used Collets for as long as I can remember for Boiler and Gas Fire servicing, they fitted a bathroom suite and stopped a number of water leaks. The service from there friendly staff has been second to none.
Recently I have had a new boiler fitted absolutely first class service from identifying issues faced with my old boiler, to discussing a new ideal boiler, and the completing the project. No mess No fuss.

Colletts has always provided me with an excellent service. The staff are always professional, efficient and friendly. They let me know when they are going to arrive and turn up when they say they will. If appointments need to be rearranged they give me plenty of notice and options for rescheduling which makes my life a lot easier. Recently a job proved to be more difficult than first thought but they stuck with it and sorted it and presented me with a very fair bill. I would recommend them without hesitation.
