We are Gas Safe Registered for the installation of both natural gas and LPG boilers. We are OFTEC registered for the installation of oil boilers. We currently install Grant Oil Boilers and as G1 Accredited Installers can offer a free extended warranty subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. All our boiler installations are registered to comply with Building Regulations and a compliance certificate issued.
We do not install kitchen cabinetry or worktops but can install first fix gas, waste, hot and cold pipework in readiness for a kitchen fitter. We would then return to second fix sink, taps and gas cookers after cabinetry and worktops are installed. We are also able to install boiling water taps, water filters, & repair or replace any plumbing work on existing kitchens.
We can arrange a full bathroom & en-suite installation service to include plumbing, electrical, plastering, tiling and carpentry. We can supply sanitaryware, brassware and furniture or fit only if you prefer to supply. New or replacement bathrooms etc requiring new soil and waste systems are certificated through the APHC Competent Persons Scheme to comply with Building Regulations and a compliance certificate issued.
