Worth every penny! The lads were very professional, took care and were super friendly and reassuring which makes the day so much less stressful. Blanket b*itch Charlie arrived promptly and got the day off to a good start but also kept everything well protected with his top blanket skills. Would recommend highly and use again. Matt and the team packed and moved our 4 bed house across Bristol. Everything was packed well and really efficiently. All the boxes were labelled and ended up in the right room at the new house. The team also worked around us as one of us was working from home and the other looking after a newborn while the packing was going on. The communication on the day was really good, everyone introduced themselves and asked if they had queries.
Izabela in the office was helpful by phone and email, answered my questions promptly and was able to fit us is a quite short notice. We were really happy with the service and would definitely recommend. Thank you

I cannot recommend Smartmove enough! After a recommendation from a friend we decided to call SmartMove to see if they could help us move from London to Wiltshire. The director Matt quickly organised a FaceTime call so we could show him around the house to provide an accurate quote. This took about 10 minutes and Matt was great. We recently used smartmove to move within the area. The team, Dale, Ben and Rob, were brilliant from start to finish - continually putting us at ease when key release took alot longer than expected. They were professional polite and punctual, we highly recommend them! We would use again and go as far as requesting the same guys!
