Hiring Andy gives us peace of mind knowing they will take care of our moving professionally and leave us nothing to worry about. It's money well spent. Our flat has lift but can't use one to move furniture, so Andy and team needed to back and forth for hours but always with smile (and sweat of course!) never i heard them grumpy, they also very careful with our things. I am thankful for them and i highly recommended them for anyone in Bristol looking for a reliable moving company that gives you a piece of mind.

Cannot recommend these movers enough! No bs, no false promises. Just a simple transaction throughout. We had nothing broke, dropped and they were on time and very polite. Nothing was an issue, anything that wasnt packed they wrapped up without a fuss, they tidied after themselves and before moving anything they checked i was aware of damage on certain items. 5* and thankyou for your help on moving day!

Andy and his team have been amazing throughout my recent move. They removed everything from my old home, placed in storage then moved everything out of storage and into my new home. Every interaction with Andy (phone, email, in person) was positive - he quickly answered all of my queries, explained how the process would work and made sure that I was comfortable with everything.
On both the moving out and the moving in days - Andy and his team (Matt and Dan) were incredibly quick and well organised, professional, warm, friendly and caring. They made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. I highly recommend them!

They responded really quickly every time when I asked questions and the quotation although it was evening or weekend. They have done the amazing job to move my sofa - It was too big for the entrance of new house. They did the several attempts but it stuck. I decided to make it returned. But they asked me to allow them to do the one more try at the end of the moving then it successfully came through the entrance. I really appreciate their efforts. I've already referred them to some of my friends!

Brilliant removal company! I've already recommended to friends. Really reasonably priced and all-round trustworthy and efficient guys. Andy came out to quote and packed up our belongings making our house move that much less stressful. They were friendly, on-time, reliable and quick! All of our belongings were unpacked in our new home in great condition. Breakables were wrapped very carefully.
Nothing was too much trouble for them. Great communication about timings and how the move would work. Although there wasn't much notice with our moving date, Andy made it work around the jobs they already had on. I'd 100% use this company again and recommend to anyone who wants a stress-free move. It was worth every penny!

We had an excellent experience with Excalibur. Out of all the firms we contacted, Andy was the only one to turn up and assess what was needed before giving a (very competitive) quote. On the day, he and the team worked tremendously hard but with great care, and helped us smooth the move. I won't hesitate to recommend Excalibur to others in the Chew Valley in future.

An all round excellent service! Andrew was friendly, responsive and came to visit prior to our move. The quote was competitive compared to other local companies. The team turned up at the pre-arranged time on moving day and worked quickly to move us within 4 hours start to finish (2 bedroom house, with a 30 minute transit time). Throughout the work the team were careful with our belongings and worked with us to make sure that we had the best start in our new home.
They were able to complete all of of this, despite us providing an unusually challenging layout and parking situation in our old property. I will be enquiring with Excalibur removals should we move again in the future and wish them all the best

We had an absolutely fantatic service from Excalibur from start to finish. Andy visited to see what needed moving, and then provided an extremely competitive quote. On the day of the move, he and his team were very efficient, friendly and professional, unfazed by very strong winds and freezing temperatures. They took great care of everything, even putting mats down to protect the floors and carpets, while working quickly and efficiently. Absolutely brilliant, I can't recommend them highly enough. The service from Andy and Excalibur has been phenomenal. We have now used them twice. The first time, we had very short notice, and through great communication and back and forth, Andy found a way to make the date work. It felt like a genuine commitment to making things work. Punctual, communicative, supportive throughout. We were impressed. So we booked the next part of the move for three months later, and once again Excalibur were amazing.
The way our items were taken care of was great. We would definitely use them again without hesitating. I cannot recommend highly enough if you are looking for support with a house move and want to see your move carefully managed and your belongings care-taken.

I cannot recommend Excalibur enough! Andrew was fantastic from quote through to moving day. Really clear communication, and well priced compared to his competitors for what I believe to be a superior service. He packed all our items with care and the coverings for beds and sofas were great; we had no breakages and his system made it so easy to unpack the other end.
I also loved that it is a true family business, with his son and wife helping him to move us on the day. They made what can be a very stressful day much calmer and easier, and I am so appreciative of that. What a great service from Excalibur when we moved mum from our family home of 43 years.they were everything and more and made the day run so smoothly. Worked incredibly hard but also made time to talk to mum and show such empathy with what a tough day it was under sad circumstances. They had a solution for everything and took great care. A great family firm, who really pull above their weight. Even in the middle of covid-19 lockdown, due to the company being a family it was able to pull in all family members to get a long hard move done from Bristol to Leeds in 1 day. If anyone can its Andy and his family who can.

In or from anywhere in North Somerset, this is the company to use. Andy, Gerry and the team have simply the best "can-do" attitude to ALL aspects of a home removal. In all our years of moving house, this 200 mile move was, in many ways, the easiest. Excellent communication, intelligent suggestions, efficient loading/unloading, tireless working, all with care. Superb all-round service, and all with a cheery smile. Lovely. These are the sort of people you would want round you in a crisis, oozing confidence and competence. Andy has moved us twice and if we move again I would like him to do it. He is very helpful, reliable and runs around like a Jack rabbit as do his staff, I don't know where he gets his energy from! His rates are very competitive and nothing is too much trouble, he is very good at working out problems and awkward things which I was very grateful for. Our three piece suite set him a problem which he sortedI wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
