I used Expert Piano Removals to move my piano to my new apartment which was situated and the third floor but had no lift! It was removed from my bungalow quickly and efficientl, was stored by them for several weeks and eventually moved into my apartment. The two carriers were friendly, very efficient and never even broke sweat which was by no means simply amazing as they had to manipulate two flights of stairs with tight turns! So impressive. In mid Mar, I was looking for a piano removal on Google and found Expert. I was in touch with Expert and got a quote. They were very responsive. Usually got back to me within a day. Then, we moved on to the delivery date. Although there were a lot of back and forth discussions, Expert was patient and we finally fixed a date in mid Apr available for three parties.
On the removal day, the crew was skillful, professional and caring. I have no doubt to recommend Expert to everyone.

Scott was very prompt to respond to emails and liaised throughout brilliantly in planning the move of my precious piano.
On the day, the men arrived when they said they would, were polite and courteous, covered my new carpets to prevent them getting dirty, and placed the piano exactly where I requested.

My piano is an irreplaceable Steinway Model D (Concert Grand) finished in French polished Brazilian rosewood. Scott and his team have moved my piano before so they were my first choice for moving it this time too. The team took great care of it, disassembling it before transport and reassembling it once it was home, but they made it look easy. If you want a professional team to move your prized piano at a competitive price, I can highly recommend them.
