Last July Norman Ferns moved my Mum the 400 miles from Machrihanish in Argyll, Scotland to Staffordshire. The prospect of the move felt very daunting beforehand, but Dan and Ben's professionalism and calmness throughout meant that all our worries quickly disappeared.
