Team turned up on time. They were friendly and professional, taking great care of everything. Went above and beyond in dismantling furniture where needed and all with a smile and no problem attitude. Everything delivered safely and efficiently. Fantastic service from start to finish. We hope to not move for another ten years but if we do we will be back to Ballards to manage the move.

Great experience with the Ballards team.
From initial quote to moving day, they were very informative and helpful.
The day we moved it was torrential rain, the guys were in great spirits despite getting drenched. The boxes and furniture stayed dry and secure.
When we got the keys it was fast and seamless to get the van unloaded.
We would highly recommend.

Monday was our third move with Ballards, we’ve also used their storage facility. Wouldn’t use anyone else. They are a family business with old fashioned values, a rare thing in today’s world. Reliable, courteous but still warm and friendly. Staff are unfailingly helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble, making what is always a stressful time as easy as possible. I have nothing but praise for my moving day experience with Ballards. Having moved over ten times and had nightmarish experiences in the past this was first class all the way from the quote to the day of the move. The guys on the truck were fantastic and as a pregnant lady moving on my own with my partner away I understandably was a bit stressed but five mins after they turned up I was relaxed, and amazed at how quickly, efficiently and safely they worked. Can't recommend them highly enough and we will definitely use again for our next move without a second thought. Thanks guys!
