We specialise in traditional torch on felt roofing, along with fiberglass and EPDM.

WC Roofing Ltd carries out many re-roofing projects in Cornwall and the surrounding areas. We arrange with the clients to come and survey the roof before submitting a fully detailed quotation. While many roofs have asbestos cement slates on them, they are considered as non-licensable, low grade asbestos fibre content. Removal of these slates needs to be carried out in accordance with the very strict guidelines of the H&S Executive and the Environment Agency.

Lead is the softest of the common metals and has been used in the building trade for centuries, due to its durability, versatility and resistance to all weather conditions. We have dedicated, experienced lead workers who can form lead sheet into any shape and size using only hand tools with a technique called bossing (or as an alternative, lead welding can be used). Both methods require a great deal of skill. Our lead smiths are very highly skilled and make bespoke flashings, aprons, step flashings and other forms of lead roofing products.
