Excellent company to deal with, professional from start to finish. Would not hesitate in recommending them. We had a complete new roof done and any questions I had were answered before, during and after completion. Having researched the Internet after having another roofing company who stated they had 30 years experience and plenty of what seemed good reviews (but have since found they have altered their Facebook page as a bad review from another customer has been removed) they did nothing but bodge our chimney and make a leak worse and numerous missed appointments.
As you can imagine we were wary of roofers. So we did a lot of research and actually discovered that this company seemed to be the only one we could find that showed their quality certifications roofing federation, property care, trust mark etc. We were told from the start we had a roofers worst nightmare of a roof as we had the warmroof system on our roof, which is a sprayed foam coating under all the tiles.
They informed us from the start it would be extra days labour and cost the quote was very detailed and broken down, they kept to their schedule and worked extremely hard. They were onsite most mornings at 7.15am. As well as the roof being renewed we also had them deal with some other leaks we had around other external doors.
