Services
GRP Fibreglass Roofs
GRP fibreglass flat roofs offer a durable, waterproof solution with a lifespan exceeding traditional felt systems. Our installations use reinforced polyester and fire-retardant resins, ideal for modern and historic properties. Clients benefit from noise reduction, improved drainage, and a 25-year guarantee, ensuring long-term protection against Yorkshire's weather conditions.
Dry Ridge Systems
Dry ridge systems mechanically secure ridge tiles without mortar, preventing water ingress and reducing maintenance. Our installations enhance ventilation and weatherproofing, suitable for pitched roofs. With a 10-year guarantee, this method ensures flexibility and durability while maintaining aesthetic appeal for residential and commercial properties.
Slate Roofing
Slate roofing provides timeless durability and fire resistance, lasting decades with minimal upkeep. We use natural stone slates graded to BS 5534 standards, offering colour variety and compliance with heritage requirements. A 25-year guarantee covers installations, ensuring structural integrity and enhanced property value for homeowners and businesses.
Chimney Repairs
Our chimney services include flaunching, lead flashing replacement, and disused chimney capping. We work on factory-built and masonry chimneys, sealing joints to prevent carbon monoxide leaks. A 10-year guarantee applies to repairs, ensuring safe, code-compliant solutions for domestic and commercial properties.
UPVC Fascias
UPVC fascias, soffits, and guttering combine low maintenance with weather resistance, preventing water damage and pest ingress. Our installations match property aesthetics using coordinated colours and styles. Backed by a 10-year guarantee, these systems improve energy efficiency and curb appeal for homes and businesses.
