They tirelessly work to ensure their members offer the highest standard in all roofing works through a strict code of practice which must be adhered to. All members are fully vetted prior to admission, and if any client is not satisfied with a member or their workmanship, they offer a Customer Complaint procedure to resolve any disputes. We are approved members of the Government endorsed Trustmark Scheme which runs in conjunction with the N.F.R.C.
We are among the first to be accepted as Members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. We are a local company with offices and yard in Dorking and we offer high quality affordable roofing services in Surrey and surrounding areas. You can contact us between the hours of 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday to speak to our friendly staff. We can also give our customers a day to day and out of hours telephone number to get straight through to the senior roof operative working on your roof. All our operatives are made aware of our health and safety policies and have updates with site training where necessary.
For all new and replacement works we offer a 10 years guarantee against faulty workmanship FREE of charge. We also offer domestic clients a FREE 10 years Insurance Backed Insolvency Guarantee which is transferable if you sell your property. For commercial premises a Co Partnership Insurance Backed Guarantee is offered. This guarantee is offered at a cost of 1.5% of the Contract Sum, exclusive of V.A.T. plus Insurance Premium Tax. Both of these guarantees are only available through contractors who are members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors.
If you need a small repair such as a replacement gutter or a new roof to your flat or your mansion we will be very happy to do the work. Our customers over the years include Surrey County Council, Mole Valley Housing Association, White and Sons and Reigate and Banstead Council. When you contact us an appointment will be made for a 'site visit' at a convenient date and time. It is not always necessary for you to be present during this visit but most people like to be there to talk about the works required.
