We are a local Business that specialises in Built-up Flat Roofing and Single-Ply Systems. The Company was set up by myself, Brian Sands. I have over 30 years experience in the Flat Roofing and Single Ply industry, starting off as a Roofer, thereafter a Supervisor, then a ContractsManager, before going on to use my skills and experience to set up my own Company. I currently hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) level 5 card. Specialising in Built-up Felt Roofing and Single Ply systems.
Single-ply systems we offer are a PVC system. 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8mm thick. They are strong flexible sheets of single layer waterproofing that can either be mechanically fixed with the joints hot air welded or fully bonded with contact adhesive.
