John seems a very trustworthy person. We were left overall satisfied with the roof repairs although communication is something to be improved. Would recommend to others and would certainly try again in the future if needed.

Our roof was in bad shape. Tecx roofing put it back in good order and have maintained it that way over the years - including fixing a mysterious leak. They are friendly, very competent and they never recommend unnecessary add-ons.

I got work done on my new small extension roof, as well as an overhaul on my main roof. The extension roof had been done twice by another company and was left in a bad state. It was unreal the way the other company left it. So unprofessional. The council inspected it and raised concerns about cracked tiles; tiles not being clipped when they should have been, flashing not done properly; skylight seemed to be just a piece of double glazing - (not what was specified on my plans - with no manufacturing details provided).
John from TEXC Roofing, basically had to strip it all back and start again. Provide me with a new skylight. He helped me with sourcing the correct products and working with the council to ensure the roof would be finished properly this time. It was a relief to get a genuine builder to help and just come and do the job properly. It didn't take that long - about 4 days but the guys worked hard and were down to earth. John also calls you back and communicates with you when you try and speak to him and explains in plain English what needs to be done. He also gave me advice about other issues with my building project - again giving me a bit of assurance. I would recommend him. I got him recommended by my friend. He has done lots of roof work in her street for her and the neighbours.

Tecx Roofing carried out a splendid installations of new Welsh slates you our newly built garage. John Irvine and his highly skilled workforce carried out this project with a high level craftsmanship and were always tidy, obliging and considerate.

Provided initial inspection with detailed recommendations, costs and agreed programme for implementation. Various works completed on time and to cost.
Workmanship carried out to a very good standard.

We have used the services of Tecx Roofing for about twenty five years at this and our last two houses. John Irving and his team have been exemplary workers with a great 'can do' attitude. We can't praise them enough for their very competitive pricing, their reliability, their professionalism and high standard of work to their cheerful and positive approach to the work. I've recommended them to many people who have said the same. They fixed a long-term major problem in our neighbours house that no-one else had been able to fix (and a few had tried).
