JR Scaffolding are a professional & expirienced scaffolding company for Commercial sites. The consturction industry today is highly competetive and requires efficient, cost effective access solutions. We were asked by our client to provide a platform for a 7 ton drilling rig at an RNLI Station on the Lleyn Peninsula in North Wales. We faced many problems with this contract, one of which was the fact that the whole scaffold structure was to stand on the sand. With the aid of our design team the scaffold was designed to bear the weight of the drilling rig as well as the sinking movement it was subjected to.
