If you are chosen for our Training Program, you'll spend time at our Hemel headquarters, doing hands-on exercises in wiring and fault-finding. You'll also spend time in the field, shadowing a Senior Engineer and learning first hand how to service door entry, access control and CCTV systems. Our Training Programme is structured to help you build on your existing skills and tailor them to become a highly-regarded industry specialist. We'll pay a basic salary, provide work clothes and power tools, and everything you need to do a good job.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our maintenance team working on client sites to carry out routine preventative maintenance (PM) on door entry and access control systems. If you have experience in a maintenance or installation engineering role and the desire to train into a highly regarded specialist industry, you'll want to hear about NACD. You will see our visitor door entry, access control and CCTV installations throughout London and the rest of the UK on some of the largest and stand-out developments, whether social housing or private sale projects. A range of maintenance contracts are available direct with the NACD Maintenance Department.
