Our circular flash grinding machine gives a clean machined surface on profile plates if required. Profile cleaning and grinding to a tolerance of +/- 0.2mm for all thicknesses up to 200mm up to a maximum size of 1350 x 1350 & 1750 x 800.
Dyfed Steels can offer straight or mitre cutting up to a maximum size of UB914 x 419 x 388 and up to a maximum mitre cut of 60 degrees, be it for a 1 off order or 100,000 cuts. Dyfed Steel prides itself on offering the complete cutting solution. Our extensive range of CNC sawing machines allow us to offer a competitive and accurate product on all your cutting requirements. Our carbide circular saws and band saws - each one fully automatic - are ranging in capacity from 10 to 558mm diameter. For sizes above 558mm we use a subcontractor.
