Disgusting company, rude unprofessional staff who misinform customers. We’ve had plenty of skips in the past never once had any problems at all until this utter joke of a company. We was only informed of paint, mattresses, batteries & electrical goods not allowed nothing else. We tried for 4 days to have our skip collected leaving messages daily, sent an email and a message via messenger, ALL were ignored. Then they turned up unannounced with no call banging on our door waking up our twins. To make matters worse they then turned up with bags of rubbish and chunked these on our drive blocking my back car door so unable to get my babies into the car. I’m an arm amputee and was unable to move these myself and had to pay another company to remove this.
Utterly disgusted at how unprofessional and rude these people are and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they are vile to deal with. Never again just avoid and go to the many other companies available.

Had a lot of skips over the years, best service so far from Boswell’s. Good price and good service. Have recommended them several times already. Five star well deserved.
This company don't even deserve and 1 star would not recommend this company to anyone their customer service is shocking not to add they but phones down on people and when they came to collect the skip they have tipped it all over our garden only because they say their is things that shouldn't be in it but when we got the skip they only thing they said we couldn't put in it was paint and chemicals which that isn't in it all that was on the top was a few bags of general house waste.
Used this company a few times over the years, always had excellent and reliable service, helpful and friendly drivers and very reasonably priced. Communication excellent from the office too so can't ask for more.
