Oakleaf Commercial Services provides housing repairs, construction, bespoke joinery and PVC-u doors and windows as well as grounds maintenance, in the West Midlands region and surrounding counties. Part of The Community Housing Group in Kidderminster, we are contractors and work in partnership for a number of Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Facility Management Companies and Schools across the county. We are accredited to a number of trade and industry associations, including NICEIC - approved contractors, CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme), BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries) and Constructionline.

Part of The Community Housing Group, Oakleaf Commercial Services has been providing high quality, professional, property maintenance and construction services since 2000. Rebranding in 2013, CHG Property Services, Oakleaf Grounds Services and Bespoke Joinery Services were brought together under the new Oakleaf name. We provide a wealth of services including responsive repairs, building construction, modernisations and adaptions, grounds maintenance, fleet services, a PVC-u manufacturing facility and a bespoke joinery workshop.

Oakleaf provides high quality building construction and development and as well as employing a highly skilled workforce, has a large Apprenticeship programme and holds a reputation for employing and developing young people particularly in trades such as bricklaying, carpentry and electrical work. We created the Garage Development Programme which transforms old derelict garage sites into new build, social housing developments for The Community Housing Group. These sites are generally unused and in derelict condition and are developed into highly desirable new build houses, more cost effectively than using external main contractors.

Oakleaf Doors and Windows specialise in the manufacture and fitting of PVC-u doors and windows to the housing sector including social housing, sheltered housing, private landlords and contractors in the construction sector. As part of The Community Housing Group, which has a portfolio of 5,800 stock, we have gained considerable experience working within the social housing sector, ensuring that vulnerable clients are supported whilst keeping disruption to a minimum and ensuring programmes remain on schedule.

We specialise in the creation of bespoke joinery, operating from our workshop in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. Using the best quality timber obtained from sustainable sources, our talented craftsmen take pride in what they create and have been handcrafting bespoke joinery for local businesses, commercial and residential customers alike. We also specialise in heritage and period building works, including restoration and renovation projects and can match any existing joinery or work directly from detailed designs and plans.

Oakleaf Fleet Services together with partners, Northway Auto Services, provides a maintenance service to small fleet operators and private individuals, offering vehicle servicing, repairs and MOT testing. Our modern workshop is based at our Service Centre based at Finepoint Way, Kidderminster where we have the facility to maintain and repair both light commercial, fleet and private vehicles. We ensure a quick turnaround to ensure that your vehicles are back on the road as quickly as possible. Our mechanics are fully trained professionals and our reputation means everything to us.
