Hanmar retains all engineering and management staff to effect the maintenance and supply and installation / project management of all types of M&E / HVAC projects as well as provision of specialist maintenance and consultancy services as required. Only small items of specialist works such as Trend / controls set up and fire alarm systems are sub contracted to our nominated sub contractors who all work against our exacting supplier agreements.
Hanmar has a number of prestigious maintenance clients including the London & Quadrant group where Hanmar staff are fully integrated into the FM team and deliver all M&E maintenance, handyman and Portering services across the entire commercial office portfolio for L&Q. IN addition we also maintain the headquarters building of a large city law firm in close proximity to the Royal Courts of Justice as well as other client headquarters that include an aerospace and H&S organisation. We are very proud of our highly technical and flexible approach to maintaining our clients premises and delivering not only high quality maintenance but real time communication and information on status of reactive and planned works, cost control reporting and remedial / forward planning management information for our client representatives.
