I called this morning (1 March 2018) am there was no heating and hot water. I gave them the make of my boiler and the error code number and the lovely man on the end of the line said that it was likely to be frozen pipes and to try and defrost with a hairdryer or warm (not boiling) water. 20 mins later my boiler is working again! What great advice at no cost.definit ely recommend and use in the future! Big love on a cold morning Carshslton Boilers!
