I live very near to Blackhorse Lane. Last Saturday morning I had a major leak from pipes leading from my upstairs toilet. The water flooded my bathroom and my kitchen which is directly below. I did not discover this until 1am on Saturday morning. Searched the internet for local emergency plumbing - found Platinum Emergency Services Ltd. I was told that I might have to wait up to two hours. I waited for 45 mins.
A gentleman called James attended my property. Well spoken, very respectful and trustworthy.h e even wore strange socks that fitted over his shoes to prevent soiling my floor (as it was raining that morning). He managed to stop the leak. He is what I call a 'proper' plumber! And he worked at speed to minimise my the cost to me. Excellent!
