Air Design Systems are specialists in the design, installation & commissioning of ventilation systems. ADS are celebrating our 25th year in business and we plan for Alan Clare's retirement after seeing ADS through a very successful 25 years. Adam Clare made to MD and take ADS through the next 25 years.

ADS Ltd can offer a complete package for any project. Our estimating department's expertise in ventilation design provides the most cost effective, aesthetic and logical system for the client.

ADS also offer a service and maintenance agreement for both new and existing ventilation systems. It is important that a ventilation system is maintained and kept in good working condition and in the case of smoke ventilation, where life safety is important, it is vital. We also offer a 24 Hour emergency contact on any serviced equipment.

The service of all ADS Ltd equipment is offered upon completion of a project, in the case of smoke ventilation where life safety is required it is vital. ADS have directly employed service engineers that are available to provide a full service and maintenance agreement with each of our clients. Since 2005/2006 the owner of a building is responsible for the safety within their premises. This is detailed in the RRO and states that 'a responsible person must ensure that equipment and devices are maintained in efficient working order and in good repair to safeguard the relevant persons within the building'.
