F3 Engineering specialise in ventilation and air conditioning services, with the capabilities to design, manufacture, install, commission and provide maintenance services to all new and existing installations. F3 can create bespoke ventilation design solutions for any requirement or issue, be it space, temperature, noise or otherwise. We provide a professional and personalised management service which commences at the critical site survey stage to understand our clients requirements and to ensure that their needs are met on time and budget.

All products are manufactured at our production facility in Craigavon using innovative manufacturing technologies and processes to fabricate bespoke client products. Our Production Manager has over 20 years of experience with F3 and applies this experience to provide an added value service, working with F3 clients to identify opportunities to streamline the manufacturing process for any project and therefore reduce production costs. All F3 Production Operatives have undertaken training and development including coded welding (TIG & MIG) and extensive health and safety training, most of our team have over 15 years' experience with F3 to ensure quality standards and workmanship.

F3 offers onsite fabrication and installation services to provide a complete "end to end" service. We employ an in-house team of highly trained and experienced fitters who will be available to attend client sites across the UK and Ireland. All installations are overseen by our Technical Manager, to ensure that the installation is carried out in accordance with the design and completed on time and budget. Our Site Teams fully integrate with our client representatives on site to clearly define works programmes and ensure effective co-ordination between trades as appropriate.
