We have the capability to provide complete turnkey projects, from consultancy & feasibility studies, to design, manufacture/build, installation and commissioning, supported by a dependable after sales service. We can visit your site to measure, survey and report on your filtration, ventilation, air quality, noise control and attenuation, ATEX/explosive atmosphere needs providing appropriate solutions.

We design and install a range of LEV applications including woodworking, foundries, paint manufacturers, stonemasons, schools and chemical processes. We do an initial inspection of electrical equipment to ensure it is protected for safety purposes. We can then do periodic inspections and tests to make sure that the equipment is still safe for use. PAT, Portable Appliance Testing, is the examination of electrical equipment and appliances to guarantee that they are safe to use. Although most defects within electrical equipment can be found visually there are some defects which can only be found through testing the equipment.

We can manufacture ducting, components, assemblies from mild steel, galvanised, mild and stainless steel sheet to meet your requirements. We also stock galvanised steel duct, bends, fittings, silencers and exhaust cowls. We have facilities to weld from 0.5mm to 12mm mild steel, including stainless steel, aluminium and alloy welding, using our MIG and TIG AC/DC welders. The majority of our dust, fume, oil mist extractors, down draft benches, welding tables, filter housings, cyclones, flexible extraction arms, support stanchions, vehicle exhaust extraction systems, standard and bespoke hood designs, stainless steel kitchen canopies are all designed and built in-house.
