Studio 136 Architects has grown from strength to strength with over 20 years of experience specialising in planning and building regulations for all residential projects varying in size from residential loft conversions and extensions to new builds. The vast majority of our work is introduced to us through recommendations from previous clients and contractors based on our good reputation. As a small-scale practice we work closely with our clients to provide a high level of personal service and pride ourselves on paying careful attention to turn our clients' vision into reality and deliver their own individual needs at competitive prices.

Our skilled team of architects, technicians and architectural designers will work with you to produce the proposed design for your development based on your brief during your project with us. After the existing plans of your property are drafted we will liaise with you to discuss your individual needs and what the proposed design and space will look like. These discussions can take place over the phone or you are welcome to visit our office to meet with the Architectural Designer. We also offer "screen sharing" so you can view your plans during the design discussions.
