We are delighted to have been shortlisted for two categories at the Architect of the Year Awards 2020, due to take place in October. Individual House Architect of the Year 2020 submissions were: The Water Gardens, Oxhey Hall Farm, Tree House and Sandown House. FCA were successful in gaining planning permission for the refurbishment and extension of one home, as well as two additional new build dwellings within the significant landscape of the host property. At the top of the site the original home will be sensitively refurbished and extended within the wonderful setting.
