As a Chartered Practice we organise the process of managing projects and administering building contracts into a number of key Work Stages which are detailed in the RIBA Plan of Work 2013. Work Stages are organised from 0 - 7 with associated Tasks performed at each Stage. Services can be provided for all or selected Work Stages depending on the client requirements, procurement method and complexity of the project.
