Initially I was unhappy with the turf that was laid by a third party and supplied by this company a few weeks ago. I complained to the landscape.

Report
Unfortunately the turf that I recently purchased and paid premium prices for isn't matched by it's quality. The turf is different shades of green and different textures of grass, it wasn't cut to the same widths or lengths so made laying the turf a nuisance, it already has mushrooms growing in it and was dry when purchased. It wasn't all ready to be collected in the same pickup so I had to return the next day.
Apparently this was because I ordered an afternoon collection however i arrived at 12pm - pm suggesting it is the afternoon. When I challenged the staff regarding the colour, textures and differences in size they nonchalantly brushed it aside and didn't regard it as a problem to be resolved, suggesting that's standard. I would not recommend or use again.
