Taylor Williams Daley Ltd is a multi - disciplined company that has been established for over 28 Years and comprises of both Chartered Architects and Chartered Surveyors. The firm is based in Dorking, Surrey and undertakes work across London and the South East. We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Royal Institute of British Architects, the Pyramus and Thisbe Club and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

Taylor Williams Daley Ltd has been almost thirty years in the making and the three directors have over one hundred years of combined experience. The practice was formed by Ian Taylor and Mark Williams in 1987 and grew rapidly, specialising in the design and development of commercial property in central London. As Architects and Surveyors Mark and Ian provided a valuable one stop shop for property owners and developers alike. The company expanded rapidly and adsorbed another surveying practice and appointed Chris Daley as a co-director in 1998.

The Taylor Williams Daley Ltd Building Surveyors have over 80 years of combined experience, surveying a multitude of properties, ranging from one bedroom flats to multi million pound properties and commercial properties. Our Surveyors are all Chartered Building Surveyors and Registered Valuer's.

Building Surveys are for large, older or run-down properties, a building that is unusual or altered, or if you're planning major works. This type of report is flexible and can be focused on specific areas of concern or issue. It costs more than the other RICS reports because it gives detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property. An RICS Building Survey does not include a valuation, but we would be able to provide this as an additional service. Estimated costs of repairs may also be included as an option.
