Concept Landscape Architects have an established reputation for achieving planning approvals surrounding hard and soft landscape design and their specification. This can include landscape maintenance and landscape management plans which are requested as part of reserved matters, but also important for scheme delivery and post-completion success. We navigate the planning system, negotiating with local authorities and stakeholders on your behalf, finding timely and applicable solutions. Working in North London we have experience liaising with the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust and other conservation areas.

He oversees all the design and consultancy services for the practice that ensures a personal and consistent service is provided to each and every client. Steven has a focused design style that draws on robust and sustainable up-to-date techniques overlaid with a modern and contemporary styling in landscape architecture, urban & residential landscape design. Steven lives and works in London with his family and has interests in photography, is a keen cyclist and spending time with his 3 boys. He is actively involved with several local community and charitable groups and over the years has provided them with a large amount of pro bono work, ideas and advice.

Design and Planning of a higher-end, fully-featured, a bespoke residential scheme in North London. Includes the creation of outdoor lounge, dining, and bar area, complimented by feature planting, water features, green living walls and layout of outdoor furniture and features. The project lends itself to outdoor living, entertaining and socializing, whilst being a practical and visually beautiful landscape environment. We have collaborated with Steven and Concept in various larger projects. Steven helped us reach functional designs that meet all the requirements set by the various Councils.

First look at our garden studio and fencing design scheme in Cricklewood, London NW2. The powder-coated studio features a sliding wooden panel, is complemented with bespoke cedar fencing around the entire rear garden. Concept Landscape Architects achieved planning permission within the Mapesbury Conservation Area, and the site has TPO trees and article 4 restrictions. Detail design, procurement, and project management of the onsite works. We have collaborated with Steven and Concept in various larger projects.
