James Dale Architects are a vibrant architectural practice based in London and working nationally, delivering contemporary and thoughtful residential design solutions. We have redesigned the practice of Architecture to make it responsive to the needs and ambitions of our Clients, to be environmentally responsible by design and bring greater control over the construction phase.

Our manifesto is an evolving set of principles that underpin James Dale Architects, these naturally develop as we continually push the practice through design, research and development. We IMAGINE, DESIGN and MAKE contemporary solutions that respond to the complex demands of modern life. We are of an entrepreneurial disposition, maximising economic, social and cultural assets. We are of a collaborative disposition believing that more is achieved through cooperation rather than confrontation.

James Dale Architects provide a variety of services for clients, both commercial and domestic, large or small at all stages in the construction process and beyond. Our experience encompasses working with new and existing buildings in both contemporary and historic contexts. The RIBA sets out the key stages of a construction project from conception to completion in its Plan of Work. This organises the process of managing, and designing building projects and administering building contracts into a number of key Work Stages.
