Affordable Home Designs is managed and run by Simon Brookes, who has been involved in domestic architecture for more than a decade. Over the years Simon has worked with numerous clients ranging from small reputable building companies to large, well-know housing developers, right through to international building consultancies. As a result he has gained a strong professional relationship with many local authorities and has an established understanding of both the Planning and Building Regulations structure within many areas of the country.

Basically the first stage of your project is handled professionally by us, eliminating the burden from you of preparing drawings; completing the necessary application forms for local authority submission; liaising with planning officers and building inspectors and dealing with any issues along the way which may occur during this stage.
