During the crisis it's been great to see so many users updating sites that haven't been updated for a while, but if you haven't yet upgraded now is the time to do it. You'll get a mobile compatible site and increased choice of styles. If you need any help a reminder that Facebook isn't the place to get it, please raise a support ticket in the system.
Our provider has now told us that the issue has been fixed, and we can confirm that all services are now running. We will keep monitoring the situation.
