Playle & Partners LLP have provided clients in the public and private sectors, with construction and property advice for over 65 years. Playle & Partners were formed in 1954 as Chartered Quantity Surveyors and very quickly developed into a multi-disciplinary consultancy, responsive to the constantly changing needs of our clients and the market place. Each of our specialist consultancy teams are led by one of the partners who adopt a hands-on leadership role as well as a commitment to ensuring the successful completion of all projects undertaken and achievement of our Client's objectives.

Founded in 1954, by Raymond J. Playle, as Chartered Quantity Surveyors we have extended our services to include Architecture, Building Surveying, Contract Management, Party Wall Advice, Access Consultancy and Principal Designer/CDM Consultant, providing a 'one-stop-shop' solution across a range of projects. The practice, which has offices in Sidcup, Ipswich, London and Surrey, is a Limited Liability Partnership. Playle & Partners LLP are a Multi-disciplinary consultancy providing a service to both public and private sector clients.

As award winning Architects, Playle & Partners LLP focus on delivering a high quality service with commitment to our Clients at the forefront of our ethos. We are a highly motivated and creative team who produce a genuine multi-skilled service as required by the Client. The architectural team is led by Jon Badcock, Partner and Associates, Hayley Poynter and Sarah Primarolo. Hayley and Sarah are both ambitious and energetic architects who have successfully led and delivered many successful schemes to the satisfaction of their Clients.

Founded as Chartered Quantity Surveyors, our services have expanded to meet the changing needs of our clients. While the core disciplines of Quantity Surveying and Project Management remain, individual partners have developed their own specialisations.

Combining a high level of skill in construction detail and processes, with expertise in a broad range of specialist building surveying disciplines, our building surveying group offers clients a proactive and reliable solution to building maintenance and construction issues. With an emphasis on refurbishment, alterations and extensions projects, where technical knowledge of construction detail is critical, the Building Surveying team act as both Employer's Agent and Contract Administrators. Projects are directly supervised by professionals with the experience and judgement to make high level decisions, compared with many larger practices, who will delegate control to a less experienced level.
