Neo Environmental Ltd is a multidisciplinary consultancy that aims to provide cost effective environmental and technical solutions to clients working in the residential, retail, utilities, mixed-use, renewables, aggregates and infrastructure sectors across the UK and Ireland. Our clients range from developers, planning consultants, architects and engineers to community groups, public bodies and academic institutions. Our team consists of experienced multi-disciplinary consultants, including EIA Project managers, landscape architects, ecologists, heritage and archaeological consultants, environmental engineers, acousticians, hydrologists, geophysical surveyors, graphic designers and specialist technicians.

Neo Environmental's expert team of highly accredited and experienced consultants provide tailor-made solutions and advice for all development types and for all stages, from initial design to discharging of conditions or complaint investigations. We work across many different sectors for a diverse range of clients and are equally adept at conducting full EIAs or bespoke environmental and technical assessments. Our staff have been involved in numerous appeals, acted as clerks of works, conducted due diligence assessments, full ESs, standard environmental reports and much more, for planning consultancies, architects, developers and public sector organisations.

Neo Environmental have been commissioned to complete various technical and environmental services for over 250MW of commercial solar developments across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We have completed a variety of work ranging from initial pre-planning supporting graphics and visualisation production to development clerks of works. Our consultants have been responsible for the production of full environmental packages to bespoke services for an enviable list of clients including: Lightsource, Lark Energy, Vogt Solar, Castillium, Freesona and Smiths Gore.

Neo Environmental have been involved in the production of environmental reports and technical assessments for projects ranging from small FiT scale wind turbine developments to large scale wind and solar farms. We have produced studies for over 400 projects and completed assessments and reports for over 450MW of renewable energy projects to date. Our comprehensive skill set allows us to work across all renewable energy sectors and we have experience of all stages of projects from initial environmental report production, design concepts, accompany planning applications and discharging environmental planning conditions.
