Preparing a detailed schedule means that all the quite often expensive small finishing touches will not be forgotten and so included in the builder costs. We provide all clients with our unique set of finishes data sheets and prepare a detailed breakdown of the works you expect to be included in the contractors cost. Elements such as flooring, lighting, doors and door furniture all should be considered as early as possible and we will work with you to make sure nothing is forgotten. We have unrivalled experience and expertise in preparing very detailed and highest quality technical drawings. These drawings will be submitted to the Local Authority or an approved inspector for approval under the Building Regulations. The drawings also form part of the tender submission ensuring that, for no extra cost, the builder will be contracted to work to the highest standard of practice using the carefully selected, specified materials and construction techniques.
